Kyle's radio career started in Townsville, where he worked his way up the ladder in regional radio as a promotions manager and breakfast radio announcer. Success came quickly when Kyle proved himself a natural on-air, landing a series of high profile presenter roles in Perth, Darwin, Brisbane and Sydney. After four years co-presenting the Hot30 Countdown every weeknight across Australia, Kyle went on to co-hosted 2Day FM's nationally networked Drivetime show.

These days, Kyle is known to be one of Australia’s foremost broadcasters. You'd have to be living under a rock to not know he co-presents Sydney's 2Day FM breakfast program with his co-host Jackie O, and together the formidable pair have redefined Australian radio landscape. Since taking over the reigns of the flagship program in 2005, they have dominated the ratings, and are currently enjoying being number one for the second year running. The show is so popular, it demands a second run, replayed nationally across the Austereo Network as the Hour of Power every weeknight. Kyle also hosts the hot-hits national weekly radio countdown which is broadcast on a massive 87 radio stations around Australia.

Kyle joined the judging panel of Australian Idol in 2005 and audiences quickly fell in love with his sharp tongue and twisted humour. His radio fans tuned in for his upfront manner, now contestants and fellow judges were copping a spray in person, with millions of Australians lapping it up.

In addition to his award-winning radio work, Kyle also co-hosted Big Brother in 2008, and owns KingKyle, a TV, film, radio and music production company.
