Australian Idol has had an incredibly strong response to the announcement of London Auditions and as such will increase the number of production days in the UK. This means even more Aussies living in the UK and Europe have the chance to perform for our judges and live the Australian Idol dream. The very best performers that we unearth at the London auditions will be flown home to Australia to take part in the all-important Top 100 Week for their chance to make the Australian Idol semi-finals.

Due to the increase in production days in the UK and the breadth of the Australian tour, the LA Auditions will be postponed indefinitely.

The 2008 Australian Idol audition tour covers 10 cities across all states, with London making it 11 stops in the search for the 2008 Idol.

Australian Idol is disappointed we can not give all Aussies living in Los Angeles their chance to be a part of Idol at this time and we apologise for any inconvenience.
